Wagner Hicks PLLC is pleased to announce that Jonathon D. Townsend has joined the firm as counsel and will practice as a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation team.

Townsend provides creative and pragmatic litigation counsel in a wide range of business disputes, including those involving antitrust, breach of contract, employment discrimination, misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud, deceptive trade practices, and appellate litigation. He has more than a decade of experience representing clients in complex commercial cases in state and federal courts across the United States. Additionally, Townsend has notable experience advising financial services clients in regulatory investigations and class actions.
Townsend previously practiced on Womble Bond Dickinson LLP’s litigation team. He earned his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
