Corporate Transactions Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Corporate Transactions Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior associates on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities offerings.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with due diligence, drafting, and negotiation of transactional documents for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support transactional matters.
  • Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders to facilitate transactional processes.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients about corporate governance matters.
  • Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients and the firm’s practice areas.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in corporate transactional practice at a reputable law firm.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Litigation Associate

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Litigation Associate to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to engage in challenging and sophisticated legal work, focusing on commercial and business litigation matters, in a supportive and high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for litigation, a keen analytical mind, and the ability to think creatively to solve complex legal issues for clients.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Manage discovery processes, including document review and production, and conduct depositions.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
  • Advise clients about legal rights, obligations, and strategies to achieve their objectives.
  • Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients and the firm’s practice areas.
  • Participate in business development activities, including networking events, seminars, conferences, and thought leadership such as writing articles and accepting speaking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in litigation, with a strong preference for experience in commercial litigation.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple deadlines and projects.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and upholding the ethical standards of the legal profession.
