Jieeun Ha is a certified paralegal at Wagner Hicks and assists counsel in representing clients in a wide range of corporate, financing, and real estate transactions. She plays a key role in managing due diligence and closing processes as part of transactions, and also routinely assists in forming and maintaining legal entities. In addition to her role in supporting transactional matters, Jieeun supports the litigation and regulatory compliance teams at Wagner Hicks.
Jieeun earned her Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Paralegal Technology from Central Piedmont Community College, an ABA-approved program, after completing her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is also fluent in Korean.
