James Ray is a savvy business litigator who works diligently to protect his clients’ interests by providing sound counseling and advice on the most efficient ways to resolve their legal issues. James has experience representing clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation, premises liability, products liability, employment disputes, and shareholder disputes.
Prior to joining Wagner Hicks, James practiced at a Texas-based litigation firm, where he advised clients on a broad range of litigation matters throughout Texas.
James received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and was a contributing member of the Wake Forest Journal of Law and Policy. Before attending Wake Forest for law school, James earned his bachelor’s degree, with Special Distinction, from the University of Oklahoma, where he majored in Management Information Systems.
