Before coming to Wagner Hicks, Charles began his legal career by serving in the New Hanover County District Attorney’s office as an intern, assisting with regulatory matters to ensure the D.A. maintained compliance with the county court’s rules. While studying at the University of North Carolina School of Law, Charles served as vice president of the Jewish Lawyers Association.
