Adam L. Wilson is a business attorney with a diverse professional background. Mr. Wilson’s practice focuses primarily on providing clear and concise legal writing to guide clients, facilitate transactions, and win cases. Mr. Wilson’s experience and adaptability enables him to assist clients across a wide variety of legal matters, including complex commercial transactions and regulatory matters, as well as litigation and arbitration involving commercial transactions, real property disputes, shareholder/member derivative disputes, insurance coverage and bad faith, labor and employment disputes, and professional negligence.

Mr. Wilson began his legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James H. Payne in the United States District Courts for both the Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma. Prior to joining Wagner Hicks, Mr. Wilson was a research and writing specialist with one of Oklahoma’s preeminent litigation firms, where he advised and represented both institutional and individual clients across a diverse set of legal disciplines.
